    Guidehouse is a provider of consulting services to the public and commercial markets with capabilities in management, technology, and risk consulting.


    Responsible for the development of processes, best practices, design, and scheduling of the firm’s print and digital design initiatives. Performed hiring, training and development of all internal design resources and oversight of work distribution from clients to the appropriate internal and third-party creative staff while ensuring deadlines were met and brand guidelines/processes were adhered to. Provided regular reporting of department initiatives to the Chief Marketing Officer.

    • Design lead for company rebranding efforts and responsible for brand oversight to ensure material produced for internal and external distribution was compliant according to brand and solid design standards

    Navigant was a global professional services firm with offerings including strategic, financial, operational, technology, risk management, compliance, investigative solutions, dispute resolutions services and business process management.


    Designer of all marketing material and templates for promotion of the Navigant brand. Spearheaded the creation of HTML email designs and animated assets for internal and external use and mentored and trained all Jr. level designers.

    • Executed brand compliant marketing material that aligned with the strategy of the firm across different media platforms (print, interactive, animations, e-marketing, event material, collateral, advertisements, print/digital banners, litigation graphics, videos and presentations) while remaining within predetermined budgets and timeframes
    • Promoted to team lead by consistently exceeding goals, supporting company culture, and increase of internal design capabilities of the firm such as responsive email designs, interactive/animation capabilities, and creation of robust templates for team use, which resulted in better customer service

    Physician Education, Inc. (PhysicianEd) was a producer of online education interfaces where physicians could gain required CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits.


    Implemented the print design department in order to bring all marketing material and package design completely in-house for this medical on-line educational program company.

    • Once established as the production manager, was responsible for hiring, training and scheduling of internal and contract design staff and ensured deadlines were adhered to in order to meet company goals and objectives. Was the lead product designer where I edited audio and video assets, was the creator of the company’s HTML/XML/Flash user interface.
